RETURN POLICY

At Nookd we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.


                                                          Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Physical Books & Merchandise

You may request a return or refund for physical products if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is in its original, unused condition

Return window:
You must contact us within 14–30 days of receiving your order (choose your preferred timeframe).

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds may be granted only if:

  • You purchased the wrong format by mistake (case-by-case)

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

                 

                                                                      Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items must be shipped back using a trackable method.
